    All information transmitted through this Channel will be treated confidentially. The Channel allows for anonymous communications. Diverxia guarantees at all times the protection of the rights of the informant and the affected person as provided by Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory infringements and combating corruption.

    • Who can

    use the Communication Channel?

    This channel is available to employees, members of the governing body, interns, job candidates, former employees, personnel from Temporary Employment Agencies (TEAs), collaborators, suppliers, customers, and any third party affected or with knowledge of incidents that may constitute a violation of regulations or behaviors contrary to the company's code of ethics.

    The system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from any device.
