Promovemos una cultura basada en la prevención de la corrupción y la transparencia, lo que fortalece la confianza de nuestros socios, colaboradores y subcontratas.

Commitment to the
Our aim is to contribute, with at least three associations, to help the most needy groups in society. For this reason, we have continued to collaborate with the NGOs we have been working with for years. The company is also open to new organisations that fight against hunger and inequality.
The most valuable asset for Diverxia Infrastructure is its human team. With this philosophy we have aligned ourselves with this SDG and we work every day to expand some of the measures already implemented, such as: improving the organisation to reduce stress-related health problems; facilitating teleworking; collaborating with the health care of the company's staff or increasing the percentage of staff with gourmet vouchers.
We do not want learning to stagnate when leaving universities. Diverxia Infrastructure promotes continuous training within the company that helps in the daily performance of work and also provides personal growth. Every year we increase the number of individual and group trainings, as well as talks or internal presentations, in the different delegations of the company.
Diverxia Infrastructure is strongly committed to the fight for gender equality. The incorporation of women from STEM careers as well as women on site is encouraged. In recent years, the number of female employees has also increased. We collaborate with an NGO that helps abused women or those at risk of social exclusion.
One of our main activities is the construction of photovoltaic parks, both nationally and internationally. A perfect example of our commitment to renewable energies and a fundamental part of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, through Diverxia H2, we are working on the development of projects for the generation of green hydrogen as a fuel for large-tonnage transport.
Create new jobs that contribute to the growth of the company and maintain existing ones. Promoting sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth means decent jobs for all. This is a priority mission for Diverxia Infrastructure and supports SDG 8.
As a photovoltaic company, we strive to ensure that the components of our plants are as innovative and sustainable as possible. Measures that favour the improvement of the environment as well as the reduction of environmental impact. We also try to implement the most efficient equipment on the market and we are committed to the development of green hydrogen as a fuel for the future.
We want to contribute to eliminating inequalities in our environment. This pushes us every year to actively collaborate with organisations focused on reducing inequalities. We all deserve to live on equal terms through the development of our work.
Making cities and communities inclusive, safe and sustainable means fostering respect for the environment, which is key to securing the future of new generations. Clean transport, through the use of green fuels such as green hydrogen, is key to achieving this mission.
We are aware that our activity contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions with a very positive impact on the environment. Our objective is to continue with the development of projects in the pipeline until their final construction. We will continue to collaborate with various social organisations focused on environmental issues and we require that 60% of our suppliers must be ISO 14001 certified or similar.
Our mission is to make the management of our projects more sustainable and to move towards greater use of green, renewable energy. We study new projects in which we can reduce our impact on the environment and contribute to the sustainable development of the planet. At the same time, we continue to work on the various applications of green hydrogen - our great contribution!
Diverxia Infrastructure has aligned itself with 11 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) promoted by the United Nations. This adherence has enabled it to obtain certification for the international organisation's Corporate Social Responsibility management system. With this achievement, the company takes another step forward in its real and reliable commitment to protecting the planet, eradicating poverty and ensuring prosperity for all, the main lines of the SDGs for the 2030 horizon. These are objectives in which sustainability also occupies a priority role and which is directly related to the very nature of Diverxia Infrastructure.
